Last week we had an 11:30 appointment, and the studio was closed when we arrived, after a few minutes I sent my kids to the play area in the mall with my husband and asked a staff member at JCP. Booked an 11am appointment for an “awkward sibling photo shoot” while visiting from out of town . this was a planned part of my limited time here, not something easily rescheduled. We got ready and showed up on time. She was good at taking the pics. But Won’t be back! Prices are also outrageous like seriously - pricing is not transparent when booking or when appeared for photos. Felt rushed and I think we upset the gal as she rushed us through, felt she was tossing items around when I tried asking about packages or what else we could do and coughing all over the place, and just didn’t feel like a warm comfortable experience we were hoping for…I had my 10yr old peek around to see what was taking so long and he stated “she’s scrolling on t... read more

Getting the digital album is VERY expensive, but that's the only downside of this place. Kylee, our photographer, was super fun and knowledgeable and helped us with so many fun poses. The photo quality was great and they got delivered very quickly. I completely recommend this as an experience if you have the $200 to spare. Thank you, Kylee!!

Ashely was my pet photographer and she was great. Very patient with my nervous puppy and able to work quickly to capture some awesome shots. Highly recommended.
