Frustrated and appalled, Already was feeling discouraged by reading some of these horrible reviews. I received a text message two hours before my appointment saying that they’re closed Mondays and Wednesdays However, it allowed me to schedule an appointment on Wednesday. Forget it, they just lost business.
Best studio in the USA..I traveled the seven seas to find a studio with compassion, passion and care.
Terrible experience and a very overwhelming environment. We had an appointment scheduled and shortly after there was a walk in customer who was prioritized before us. We did not leave JCP till after an hour and 30 min. We were rushed into selecting photos and were not told clearly about our album options. The lady who helped us was stressed out the entire time and even stated "I am not even suppose to be here." Terrible experience and will not be coming back. We arrived on time and got our photos taken. We were told after our shoot that they needed 10-15 minutes to make edits. This 10-15 minutes turned into an hour and a half. When we were finally provided service, the employee stated that she was "not supposed to be there" and "would not spend this amount of money on a shoot like this". Came for my daughters newborn pictures. Arrived early and fed my baby before we left but due to her being newborn and cluster feeding she wanted to eat once we got there too. So I sent my older daughters in with their gma to tell them I was breastfeeding and be right in. I came back inside at 4:05 only 5 mins after my scheduled time to rudely being rushed thru my session.
