There’s a couple things I would like to say. I showed up for my appointment on Saturday at 11:30 AM at the Nampa location and no one was there. I waited there for about 45 minutes until I had another associate come over and tell me that the photographer had an emergency it would not be there, she also proceeded to tell me that they didn’t have a number on file for my appointment and someone was going to call me. Ryan was great! We have been to the Boise location a few times and this was our first time at the Nampa location he was great with our 15 month old! Knowledgeable and kind!
