I must say the McDonough location has been the worst photo session I have ever done. If I could give it a negative star rating i most definitely would. Where do I start. The manager lady wasn't completely welcoming. The during the photo session the guy was friendly but it felt rushed. After the photo shoot the guy tried to retouch and edit the photos and the lady manager told him no let her do it and he needed to go take someone else photos. Been going here for years. I booked the family session 2-8 people. This is my first time ever having to pay a 14.99 session fee PER PERSON. Which is ridiculous..it was 15 minutes. They said my receipt will come to my email, it’s the next day..never got email or digital. They usually give a card with expected delivery date..I didn’t receive anything. Service this time was horrible, and it was no one there but me. It’s usually crowded..and I get better service. Photographer was on the phone majority of the time session.
I had a wonderful experience yesterday with my 3 month old daughter’s photoshoot. The photographer Ysia was so good with her and getting her to smile. He knew how to grab her attention and you can tell he enjoys what he does. I called to set up my appointment and Janice was so enthusiastic and excited about my ideas and theme. Tsia was amazing for our maternity photoshoot! The energy was inviting & photos came out so nice! I didn’t know what to expect but so happy we chose JC Penny for a stress free experience.
