I had business portraits done today with Jess and I am so impressed with the service she provided. She was extremely flexible with booking the appointment after I had to adjust my appointment time last minute because of a lapse in childcare for my son. For the session itself, she was punctual, kind, and extremely respectful of my time and needs. Jessica is amazing! She's so patient and passionate about what she does. I don't know what to rate higher between her customer service and the portraits she captured. Can't recommend enough!

Jess was wonderful! She took time to pose us and our baby. We are very happy with how the pictures came out! I would definitely go again as she made the experience so nice and easy. Our baby is shy and she worked with her to get the cutest smiles. As an aside, this location (as it seems many) JCPenney portrait locations are severely understaffed. I wish they would fix that! Just come with patience if your appointment is during a busy season or on a Sunday.
