If I could give zero stars I would. I tried to get Christmas photos done and purchased the very expensive digital photo option and we can’t even save or download our photos. $165 wasted on BLURRY photos that I can’t even use. Absolutely disgusting customer service when trying to get a refund, I would not recommend and will also be warning everyone I see looking into getting pictures done here to absolutely NOT GET ANY PHOTOS DONE HERE!
This is our 2nd year coming for Santa Photos. The main reason we came back was because Santa looks very real, is super sweet, interacts with kids and tells jokes. My 15 year old son came back to take pictures as well just because santa was awesome. Mrs. Clause made a surprise visit this year. We had a reservation for our two boys for portraits with Santa at this location at 6:30pm on Wednesday 12,/17/25. We arrived at 6:15pm, but unfortunately our session did not start until 7:30pm, more than an hour after we arrived. After the session finished, we were asked to go back to the waiting room and that somebody would help us complete the purchasing process. Noah was awesome but please get him some help. He has to do a lot and he was there by himself. It is too much work for only one person.
Scheduled an appointment in advance, showed up and said it would be an hour wait... still has the audacity to charge you $25 to cancel. Wanted to take fun Christmas pictures.. just spend the extra money on a real photographer.
