This place is repoff the lady told us 15$ for person and we took 7 pictures she charge us 214$ she never told us about the hidden fees and charge us for same photo twice she doubled it. Dont recommend this place unless you guys dont care about being repedoff.

Cancelled our Appt 45 mins ahead of the appt , via email. And then hung up the phone when we called to ask if we could arrive at end of the day.
This location has gone down hill each year we go, but this year was THE WORST! From not taking requested pictures, not being posed, having to come back for a reshoot, receiving low quality pictures, being told that the photographers on Saturday during Christmas “aren’t the greatest”, to being told to “call our lovely customer service number if I have any issues” to name a few issues. I sure did call customer service to make them aware of the lack of customer service in the studio.
They canceled my appointment last min and he was extremely rude! Don’t recommend them. You’ll just waste time getting ready for nothing. i love how they charge you to cancel if you don’t give 24 hours notice but they can cancel on you hours beforehand and not pay you a cancellation fee or do anything for your inconvenience. I wish I could leave zero stars
