The onsite staff is great, but getting your photos tag at they charge an arm and leg for is ridiculous why the hell am I calling you to track down my order that I paid expedited shipping on!!! JcPenny if we are some of the few ppl keeping you in business the least you can do is ensure the full process meets our expectations!
Went to book an appointment and NEVER GOT A CONFIRMATION. Booked another one for the same time & I ended up canceling it due to illness. After I called up asking if I was still in the books TWICE, and was told NO, I was comfortable assuming I wouldn't be charged the $25 cancelation fee. I was wrong. The kids they have working have no clue what they are doing. I’ve had an overall great experience here! Customer service was great and the photographer did well and was very helpful.
Great service. She was quick to stimulate the kid with Thomas the train to get a smile. Nice backgrounds and well lit
