Great service. She was quick to stimulate the kid with Thomas the train to get a smile. Nice backgrounds and well lit
The staff are incredibly slow. I made an appointment for 4:30 but they somehow had 10 people in front of me and told me it would be 3 hours! There’s no point in making an appointment if they give preference to walk-ins. The staff are not the brightest and are clearly in over their heads, and should be embarrassed by their horrid business practices. Uneducated, lazy, wear whatever to work (no uniforms), and incredibly poor customer service. They never even told me my appointment at 4:30 wouldn’t be available until 7:30 until ... read more
