I took my son for his 2nd birthday pictures, and Pam did an amazing job! We had a 5:00 PM appointment, and even though she was working by herself, she handled everything professionally and efficiently. During our session, she was managing phone calls and also had to deal with a walk-in customer who insisted on being “squeezed in” despite not having an appointment.
