I have used this location over the past 10 years and never had a problem until TODAY! After I scheduled online I received 2 different calls 2 different times including the day OF to reschedule my appointment. I agreed as I’m an understanding person. When we arrive the lady huff and puffed as if she was aggravated that we were there and told me there were two people ahead of us and asked if we lived in Conroe and want to RESCHEDULE!!!!! First time doing an indoor shoot with JC Penny- so I did not have any expectations. The experience really exceeded my expectations. The photographer was professional, guided me through the poses, and the results were immediate as well. I received my photos the same day too. I would 10/10 recommend this location.
DO NOT BOOK AT THIS LOCATION! The young lady taking pictures was obviously not a professional photographer. She gave no direction and didn’t know how to pose us. It’s rare that our family are all together at once. We were trying to capture the moment. Worst photography session ever!!
This was the worst photo experience ever! We went to take a family photo. Five adults. The woman that was taking pictures clearly wasn't a photographer. She never told when she was going to take the picture. My mom wasn't smiling because she didn't realize that the picture was being taken. We had two poses. When we went to review the pictures, this woman shows us three pictures. I asked, did you only take three pictures?" She responded yes. My brother told her that she would have to retake them. Horrible experience. Do not book here. We came yesterday to take our pictures, the lady who took the photos was nice, and she instructed us to come back the next day to select our photos. We came today ( December 23rd) and the lady at the front, was so rude that she rushed us to select the photos, she looked annoyed every time we asked to see one photo and she laid over the counter while we were selecting our photos. Very unprofessional. Please, save yourself a hard time and book somewhere else.
