We took our pictures in December! There was a huge wait and a lot of ppl there. Only 2 workers which they should consider getting more staff during the holiday season. But I will say those two workers did an amazing job being patient, professional and kind. They had all the reasons to be other wise due to being short staffed, the phone ringing 24/7 and customers complaining I was just looking at how they handled it with such grace. Would not recommend they have terrible customer service. They have workers that provoke chaos. They called me to tell me that I had won free pictures. I booked three people. The lady at the front looked like she was on drugs. I asked her again was the pictures free she said that they were. She then said at the end that only one person was free & all the others one were not. It was a complete waste of time & a scam & it was almost as she wanted to get a reaction out of me. I just walked away before I got upset.

Total rip off. Thought I was paying for the photos and session and they charge separately. Their prices are completely unreasonable and they try to rope you in with one price and once you are there they spring a ridiculous one on you. Don't be mislead by this place. You are gonna pay out the wazu for subpar photos.
