Genevieve is the lead and not a very good schedule coordinator. While in the studio session we asked for specific poses that were simple and she was unable to accommodate or chose not to listen to us. We have been to the portrait studio twice now and have waited 3 hours both times, even with a scheduled appointment! We were not the only family this has happened too. Did a family photoshoot, Asia was quick and did an amazing job as we had 2 little ones and a dog. Gen the manager was great at helping us to organize the pictures and pick a good package for the prints, extremely patient and kind. Definitely coming back again! You guys do great work:)
I made my appointment a month in advice. I got a call a two days to conform and then a call the day before. My appointment was at 1pm. At 11:15am I get a call asking if I can come in sooner or later. The early time being at 12pm which was too soon. The later time was 5pm. So I pick the later time the employ telling its because they are alone. I was a little frustrated with the time change. Worst customer service ever, never scheduled appointment we made and he looked perfect in his birthday
They sold me something and I received something totally different, i called to see what happened they apologized and ask me to bring what a received and he will explain to his manager what happened (manager was one of the ones who sold me the pictures) when i went there a week later manager wasnt there he wasnt able to help, he said he manager told him he already called me but he never did and he said is nothing he cant do that his manager will call me back, a month later i haven’t received any call back
