1 Star I had two very different experiences at the JCPenney Portrait Studio in the same week. On Monday, I brought my sons in for graduation photos with Justin. He was professional, patient, and took the time to suggest poses that worked well for them. He made the session enjoyable and walked me through the checkout process, applying several promotional offers, including a midweek special that saved me about $70. Please! Read Before Go!!!! My appointment was at 4.pm . They took my photos up 6.30 . Oh my God, we were w waiting for a long time. They Was nervous. They took the picture faster, because they have people before me, the photo Wass, horrible The Men, Who Take The Picture. Don't set up Really well The Background. At 7 PM they want to sell me the picture for $300 hahahhaa . Of course, not please if you have the opportunity go to the JCPenney but at Santa Clarita.

Scheduled family photos we went in and it was a disaster from the start . The guy there “checked us in” at 4:20 he said there were a little backed up and they will text us when they are ready so we walked the mall and went back around 5:10 with no text … I walked to the front and they lady said we were never checked in and she had done it at 5:15. We had such a great experience with ISACC our photographer! He was incredibly kind, patient, and so well‑coordinated throughout the entire session. He guided us with poses, kept the energy fun and relaxed, and made sure everyone looked their best. The photos came out beautiful, and the whole process felt effortless thanks to their professionalism. Highly recommend for anyone looking for someone who’s both talented and genuinely pleasant to work with.

Terrible experience went in for our app didn’t get seen got sent to leave and be back in 2-3 hours get a call and they still weren’t ready for us, felt very rushed. On top of that once we were done we waited another hour to be taken care of to buy our pictures. Overpriced, isn’t worth it!
