This is now the second time we’ve had a frustrating experience at JCPenney Portraits. Both times we arrived on time for our scheduled appointment with our baby, and both times there were significant delays with no communication. The first time was during the holidays, which we understood would be busy — but the lack of communication was still disappointing. Luther at JCPenney in Santa Clarita was an absolute pleasure to work with during our couple's photography session. His professionalism and skill made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free, yes even some of the viral awkward picture poses that are an absolute MUST! Every year we go to JCPENNEY for our family photos and this year was by far the best photo session ever! Our photographer Andrew was amazing. He was very creative, detailed and attentive. We are very happy with each and every photo that was taken. If you're planning to have photos done at JCPENNEY portrait studio, then definitely book a session with Andrew. You will be extremely happy you did!
This service was concerning and unacceptable considering I was holding my baby when the manager got closer to me and yelled. Prior to yelling at me he admitted to forgetting my name after confirming it twice in person. My family of 4 checked in while my sister and nephew took pictures, they got there 10 minutes before we did so we would not have to wait long. 10 minutes later the front desk called my mom to ask where we were… but there was literally nobody else in the waiting areas but us!
