This business is horrible. They told me $155 for all of my digital copies and sent over 19 photos. now I’m pregnant & spending my time fighting / calling corporate for my refund. do not book!!!! They should be ashamed

Probably one of the worst portrait places I've ever been too. I was the father of the family/other customer "ahead" of Ms Tika Boo (see other review below). We get there on time. Wait around...We get ignored (employee is setting up the studio, acting like she can't see or hear us)... so we go to the bathrooms to change our clothes, quickly come back... and boom... the employee is on to the next; like we were never there. smh. They have one worker doing EVERYTHING - such an unprofessional mess. They schedule the appointments ... read more

We were at the Waldorf location 15 minutes prior to our 12:30 pm appointment and at 1:27 pm still waiting. It was a whole thing of who was there first with a family that supposedly had an appointment at noon but we checked in before them and they were allegedly not recognized by the young woman working and so walked away. It was a whole unprofessional mess. At one point the same young lady said we could come back to the shoot room. We put our things down ready to go...no. The reviews alone for this place say how awful it is being barely a 3 Star Place, but a certain I think she was assistant manager here named Heaven Smith likes to threaten children. Please don’t bring your children here as I have already filed a police complaint against her

First of all, all JC Penney photographers should go on strike! They book 15 minute slots, there is noone at the front desk... ever (bc the photographers also have to play receptionist) all while also having to edit photos and put in orders... unfortunately, this is my home JCPenney and can't afford travel photographers with fancy backdrops and props for every occasion so we are stuck to deal with 1 hour plus wait times and to add with 2 kids under 2.
