First of all, all JC Penney photographers should go on strike! They book 15 minute slots, there is noone at the front desk... ever (bc the photographers also have to play receptionist) all while also having to edit photos and put in orders... unfortunately, this is my home JCPenney and can't afford travel photographers with fancy backdrops and props for every occasion so we are stuck to deal with 1 hour plus wait times and to add with 2 kids under 2.

All of these other ppl are NOT lying. What is the point of booking appointments if you aren’t going to be seen on time. when you get there it’s an Oh by the way you have this many people ahead of you!! It’s just extremely inconsiderate of ppls time. I should have looked at the reviews before booking. It’s 150% all my fault.

I arrived for my appointment 20-15 minutes early for my 12:00 appointment and waited until 12:50 to even be called back. I would have left had I not needed my headshots asap. Then when look at the pictures the photographer rushed me through to get the growing line of people waiting, they’re terrible. She couldn’t even have the courtesy as a photographer to fix my pose if I looked like a fool, or stray hair in the wrong spot. Why even take appointments if you aren't even going to stick to them? There's an entire hallway full of people that are already hours past their scheduled appointments. I can tell you part of the problem is that 1 little girl has been in front of the camera for 45+ minutes. That's insane.
