I’ve been here twice! First using JCPenney coupons but I recommend GroupOn, you’ll save more money. Danielle was our photographer and she’s super sweet, patient and creative. My lil one loved her and the pictures came out amazing ❤️ if you can book the first appointment of the day.

I was very disappointed in my recent experience with J.C. Penney’s portrait studio. My family and I were scheduled for Christmas family pictures/my child’s first birthday pictures. We felt rushed and voiced it to the photographer that we felt like we had blinked in many of the pictures but were reassured we didn’t. We finished our session with only 15 photos and none of them were what we wanted. We have been coming to this portrait studio for 12 years and are really considering not coming back.

Had my daughter's debutante ball photos taken here and the photographers were amazing. Her photos are amazing! Then I couldn't get tracking info after only receiving a partial order and Danielle tracked my photos down. Will definitely be there again.
