Yes, it was overpriced, but I truly had the best experience, especially with my daughter being on the spectrum. The girls were so patient, understanding, and supportive throughout the entire experience. I’m extremely grateful for how welcoming and accommodating they were toward her. They made us both feel comfortable and never made me feel like I had to apologize for anything. Very disappointing experience. We booked first birthday photos for our daughter and had a 4:00 PM appointment. We waited over an hour while multiple groups were taken before us. Several times, employees told us we would be next, but then another customer was taken ahead of us simply because they complained about the wait. If that customer had an earlier appointment, then we should never have been repeatedly told we were next. Either we were misled, or the staff had no idea how appointments were being handled. It’s located in the Stockton mall upstairs in the corner near the bedding! Booked a month in advance for holiday photos We chose the 23rd of December & the wait was not bad at all! Def make an appointment because the phone was ringing off the hook the workers could barely talk because of how many calls so please book in advanced. We were greeted by Felicia & she was our photographer! She had tons of tips and was very personable highly recommend her warm energy. Angelina was our photographer for our first ever professional family photo session and it was a very nice experience. She was attentive, kind, and thoughtful in posing us to get some really nice pictures. We are happy with the quality of customer service, there was a bit of a wait, though they did check in and keep us up to speed on timing. Would totally do again!
