Yes, it was overpriced, but I truly had the best experience, especially with my daughter being on the spectrum. The girls were so patient, understanding, and supportive throughout the entire experience. I’m extremely grateful for how welcoming and accommodating they were toward her. They made us both feel comfortable and never made me feel like I had to apologize for anything. Very disappointing experience. We booked first birthday photos for our daughter and had a 4:00 PM appointment. We waited over an hour while multiple groups were taken before us. Several times, employees told us we would be next, but then another customer was taken ahead of us simply because they complained about the wait. If that customer had an earlier appointment, then we should never have been repeatedly told we were next. Either we were misled, or the staff had no idea how appointments were being handled. Horrible service. Had an appointment and they took a walk-in before us and had us wait! Not cool! Poor customer service!
