Horrible service. Had an appointment and they took a walk-in before us and had us wait! Not cool! Poor customer service!
It’s located in the Stockton mall upstairs in the corner near the bedding! Booked a month in advance for holiday photos We chose the 23rd of December & the wait was not bad at all! Def make an appointment because the phone was ringing off the hook the workers could barely talk because of how many calls so please book in advanced. We were greeted by Felicia & she was our photographer! She had tons of tips and was very personable highly recommend her warm energy. Angelina was our photographer for our first ever professional family photo session and it was a very nice experience. She was attentive, kind, and thoughtful in posing us to get some really nice pictures. We are happy with the quality of customer service, there was a bit of a wait, though they did check in and keep us up to speed on timing. Would totally do again!
I’ve been here twice! First using JCPenney coupons but I recommend GroupOn, you’ll save more money. Danielle was our photographer and she’s super sweet, patient and creative. My lil one loved her and the pictures came out amazing ❤️ if you can book the first appointment of the day.
