Took my son for some photos and the young lady did a horrible job! We had his nice outfit and decorations laid out in front of him and all she did was close up shots when he was barely smiling and when she did a full body picture he wasn’t smiling or paying attention. He’s a small child and we did our best to get him smiling and posing for the photos which he did great, but she missed every single shot. They canceled my appointment even after I was calling ahead of time multiple times and no one answered my calls and when I showed up the girl said we couldn’t take pictures even though it was still within our time frame. I received no call that my appointment was going to be canceled early on. I’m literally super pregnant high risk and can’t be dealing with unnecessary stress. 0/5 stars I don’t recommend.
