We went to do our family portraits. Cheryl took such good care of us. She was so attentive, was amazing with our animals (we brought our cat and dog) and she NAILED all of the poses we wanted to do. We ended up getting the club pass just to go back and get photos done by her and her alone. We will be going back!
We had our newborn photos taken here (both just our baby and us as a family) and recently her 1 year photos. We loved them! I remember being wary last year to try jcp after reading some bad reviews, but honestly they are great! Every time I go both the manager and associates are really friendly and kind, and do a nice job with our pictures! We bought the membership so we no longer have to pay the sitting fee (I think $15 or so a session) and can just buy the pictures (2-3 for around $80 with no coupon or entire gallery for $... read more
Was asked to do a free training session for my 8 month old. Waited 30 minutes and had a crabby baby by the time it was ready. Our photographer had no idea what she was doing. The trainer was helpful, but it was honestly just a mess…..the backdrops are boring, and the floor has little creases that are see-able in the finished photos. They try and sell HARD, but most of our photos were really awful….pictures of literal leaves as they covered my babies face.
