JCP portraits is a SCAM. I entered and won a FREE portrait session. We went and had our pictures taken. Well, turns out that FREE portrait session cost me $150. I was told over the phone it would be $14.99 to have an extra person and $9.95 for shipping if I wanted any prints. That's fine, totally understandable. Not ONCE was it mentioned to me that if I actually wanted to keep the pictures from the free session it was gonna cost $150. I will NEVER be back after that stunt. Way to go JCP.
When they call and ask what kind of pictures you want And you at Christmas ones they don’t tell you online it shows the Christmas background but they don’t have them. They just act like it’s no big deal oh we can ad some stuff to them that not what I wanted and paying for. False advertisement for sure. Now I’m going have to do with out or have pictures taken other place and that not an easy task with 3 kids. Best part she said hey we have Christmas props never used any in our family Photos. Good experience although a little expensive for the level of quality. The photographer was courteous and well knowledged and performed wonderfully but given the price you might consider a freelancer instead who might not be constricted by corporate protocols. The sales oriented atmosphere will probably be a turn off

I've been going to this place for many years. It's had its ups and downs. However the recent change of management has been wonderful! Photos that I has paid for were "lost" 8 years ago. I was recently contacted and told my photos were found. The lady I spoke with was such a delight. Since I've moved to Oregon from Arkansas she went ahead and mailed me these long lost photos...FOR FREE! I couldn't be more thrilled! Highly recommend. Thank you for going above and beyond jcp portraits!
