Cody is amazing
We made an appointment on a busy day because it was the only day we had available. Showed up before our appt and were told they were running about 15 minutes behind. Turned out to be closer to 45 minutes behind, which was not fun entertaining kids for that long. Then the prices were more than we expected, they aren’t posted anywhere so we didn’t know until we had already taken pictures. I didn't receive a survey from JCPenny. But the manager, Christine, did a wonderful job with the photos and service. She's was training a new hire and provided great customer service
