Had such a great experience with my family! These pictures were a gift for my mom’s 60th birthday so my parents, wife, sister and kids took photos in 15 minutes. With Faith (I believe that was our photographer’s name) it was plenty of time to get all of the looks we wanted. She was very proactive in directing us and worked very well with my young kids. The photos came out great and we can’t thank her enough for a capturing a moment to last forever!

Have had pictures taken at JcPenny in the past and they were never extraordinary but they have really gone downhill. The pictures are boring and have zero creativity. Mostly my kids just standing there. No real posing and definitely no attention to detail. Things like positioning your hands correctly, tilting your head, smoothing your dress, etc doesn't occur. Worst experience ever. I'll never recommend anyone. They never told us about the session fee until we get done with the shoot. Paid $10 shipping even though I live accross the road. 14 days later still didn't receive my pictures. Everyday the tracking show that it will be deliver the next day
