Not worth your time or money! I would have given them 0 zeros if possible. The photographer rushed us and somehow gifted me wita technical mess up so bad I had to sit on customer service for OVER TWO HOURS to even figure out where my pictures were. Worst of all, the session was booked for my daughter's first birthday. Horrible.

Went took pictures Sunday. Pictures came out HORRIBLE! I hate every single last one of them! They rushed the entire session for a party of 12. We were crammed in their smallest room apparently. The backdrop is wrinkled in every single laat photo. They did not pull the curtain out all the way. Everybody isn't infront of the backdrop & if you zoom in your literally cutting peoples body parts off. They changed the 2nd background without even checking to see if that was okay with me. They rush your photos and are very rude to paying customers. If I could rate 0 stars, I would.

Terrible! Had a photo shoot scheduled and they canceled 1 hour before the scheduled time. Due to "electrical issues" but the whole store has power? I will never use JCPenny portraits ever again.
