Our experience was completely awesome and the staff was amazingly great and very helpful definitely going to be getting more photos taken from here

Horrible experience. Hated my pictures. Somehow spent $230 on 16 pictures I HATED. when logged into Lifetouch to download my pictures, it said I could have bought them for $70!!!! I wouldn’t be so mad if I only spent $70 on pictures I hated, but 230! The photographer was horrible. Did not let me see what I looked like or fix us up! Just let us take pictures however. my hair was all over the place, my husband was slouching in the pictures! My husband is 6’3, I’m 5’9… the photographer was near 4 FEET TALL!!!! Love the crew. We come every year for my mother's birthday pitcures.
Not worth your time or money! I would have given them 0 zeros if possible. The photographer rushed us and somehow gifted me wita technical mess up so bad I had to sit on customer service for OVER TWO HOURS to even figure out where my pictures were. Worst of all, the session was booked for my daughter's first birthday. Horrible.
