We had an appointment at 3 pm. The photographer showed up at 3:05. She didn't acknowledge us at all. She acted as if we didn't exist. It took her another 5 minutes to check herself in, so now we were 10 minutes passed appointment time. She never apologized for her tardiness. She was inexperienced and seemed to need more training. On a positive note, she did have a great suggestion for a prop for one photo. I did talk to a manager, and I hope she gets some training and improves and gets better

Katelyn did a phenomenal job doing our 1 year old's photos today! The pictures turned out great and Katelyn made our experience enjoyable. I would recommend these services to anyone needing portraits.

They have a new system to nook appointments. They know nothing about the new system have been trying for days online to make an appointment keeps saying i don3have an account when i made one and they won't book an appointment over the phone anymore

The studio staff was kind and patient during our newborn shoot. We were dissatisfied with the photos that were originally taken. They allowed us to feed the baby and try again. The second batch were much better and we ended up buying a package. I recommend going in with your own ideas and props for a more satisfying experience.

Find other alternatives. You have to go thru 3 different websites to download for images. The images that we were given were ONLY 10 for $200!!!! This is not worth it. You would also have to wait 24-48 hours before having access to download your images. Really bad first time experience. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!!!!
