We had the absolute best experience with Gray at the JC Penney portrait studio in Greeneville (Haywood Mall)! From start to finish, Gray was professional without ever feeling stiff or impersonal. They struck the perfect balance—funny, laid-back, and easy to talk to, while still giving us clear direction when we needed it.
