Not the best. The photographer (Asian guy, I think named Seth?) took some decent photos but wasn’t very friendly or professional. He forced my child to smile and then criticized the result, he didn’t let me fix my hair, and didn’t make us feel very welcome. Did this on a Groupon but I feel bad for anyone who paid full price. Went to a professional portrait studio shortly after and the whole experience was completely different.

Went in for a family portrait on a Saturday morning. The male employee went into a bizarre condescending rant about a "protected goose" outside the building door. It was one of the weirdest experiences we have ever had.

First family photos here and it was AMAZING. The whole staff is so good at their job. The photographer was patient and gave many options with our energetic toddler. Not to mention detail oriented!! He fixed my hair twice before taking the picture. So glad i got the membership.

They rushed our ENTIRE session!!! They over booked. Appt was at 7 and we were not seen until 830pm! We had three families in front of us. It was fun taking pics with my siblings but i was VERY disappointed in the pics! Rushed! Not our fault you over booked!!!!!
