We got a family portrait for the first time in many years. Grey at the Greenville location was amazing! She was great to work with, fun, and had awesome ideas for poses. I highly recommend her and will work with her again.

We had the absolute best experience with Gray at the JC Penney portrait studio in Greeneville (Haywood Mall)! From start to finish, Gray was professional without ever feeling stiff or impersonal. They struck the perfect balance—funny, laid-back, and easy to talk to, while still giving us clear direction when we needed it. Terrible experience. They gave us a coupon for a free session because my daughters daycare session didn't go great for them. That part was great and I was happy that they took that initiative without being prompted, and made the appointment. It was downhill from there. First they decided that my 19 month old was the appointment to train somebody during when there was someone experienced working solo who covered the sessions before and after us.
