Me and my best friends just went and had the awkward photos done and let me tell you… Grey is absolutely AMAZING 10/10. I highly recommend having her take your pictures. We had the time of our lives. Thank you Grey for being so great and having fun with us!
The studio didn’t open on time and they complained that we were late after waiting for over 20 minutes for the doors to open. Their excuse was they don’t control that. It’s JC Penny studio so they are tied to the main store.
Grey was very sweet and made sure my son n granddaughter pictures were great ❤️❤️❤️
We had an amazing experience yesterday getting our family portraits/Christmas photos done. Cole did an amazing job and went above and beyond to make sure that we had an amazing experience. We will definitely be back!
First off, we are happy with a couple of our photos. I’ll say that from the beginning. However, our experience was so awkward and unprofessional that we all left wondering how the man doing our photos is even working there. We were the last session of the day and they were behind by a couple hours and then rushed. But the real kicker, SO many inappropriate things said from calling my very feminine daughter wearing a dress a “they/them/she whatever,” (his words exactly). It was absolutely hurtful.
