terrible service! that's all I will say...the phone number on the yellow pages was to the photo department! The girl who answered the phone wasn't even aware that jc penney even sold women's lingerie! Then I was placed on hold for a VERY long time. Had to call back a few times, because I kept getting disconnected! Very frustrating! Jc Penney, you can and should do better! THANK YOU!

I was at the lingerie department to purchase a special type of bra because I just had a mastectomy with implants for cancer. I saw online that JC penney had the bra that I needed. So I asked the sales associate if they had the bra in stock at the store. So in front of God and everybody in the lingerie department she asked "What size are you?" I replied "34C". I left a package at a check-out and no one turned it in, Disappointed, I didn't expect to be reimbursed for my loss, but an offerring of 20% off my next purchase would have been a good business gesture.
