We had a family photo session at JCPenney Portraits. Our appointment was scheduled for 7:30 PM, but we were not assisted until around 8:00 PM. Once the session began, the photographer was friendly and patient, especially with the kids, which we appreciated. The studio was clean and the session itself was fairly quick. However, the delay made the experience feel rushed, and some of the poses and lighting could have been better. I was very disappointed with mine any my family experience at jc penny’s portraits the staff was very rude and short with us they cut our shoot short missing pictures and sent us the wrong pictures the few we did get was okay but they way we were treated and what we experienced would not recommend very disappointed
