We have had our children’s photos done every year at JCPenney Portraits for 12 years straight. We tried a Target photo studio one year and were so disappointed that we just come back to JCP because we know we will get great photos. Courtney was our photographer tonight and although she was working alone and very busy she took the time to pose my kids and make sure their photos looked great. I had the pleasure of working with Courtney. Great photographer, patient, and creative. She recognized my vision from the start and immediately brought it to life. From the background suggestions, to coaching me through different poses and angles, I came out my "shell". Once we wrapped up the session, I was informed of the various packages available for purchase and given recs during the selection process. Smooth sailing overall, 10/10. Would definitely recommend this location! Thank you.

I came as a walk-in today for my headshots, and although they were super packed with appointments, Courtney and Jared agreed to fit me in after their booked appointments. While watching them work and interact with the clients, I could see how passionate they are about their craft. Not only were they friendly to everyone that came in , they are very talented and professional. My pictures came out so good and it’s such a rarity to receive quality customer service in this day and age.

This review is for my experience in the JCPenney portrait studio. I paid $250 for a sibling photoshoot with the clear goal of taking 12 different group pictures to create a calendar for our mom. I came prepared with inspiration photos, poses, and shared exactly what we wanted with the photographer as soon as we arrived. Despite explaining multiple times that we were not interested in solo shots, the photographer insisted on them and pushed for individual photos throughout the session. Went for family pictures last week of grandma & grandkids& let me tell you, JARED WAS AWESOME! He was so patient the whole time, the pictures came out great & I was satisfied all around with the service. Thank you Jared for making our pictures happen & for your patience!
