Almost all the fitting rooms are closed and there is only one cashier per floor. And the optical has closed down. This store is looking more like a TJMaxx each passing day.
The very rude cashier (Assoc: 0493) asked me if I wanted to sign up for a JCPenney card, to which I asked "Is that a credit card?" and she said "No." So I started to sign up for it when I saw it was asking for my social security number. I asked again, "Are you sure this isn't a credit card?" And then she admitted that yes it was. Your employee LIED TO MY FACE and tried to TRICK me into signing up for a credit card I didn't want.
