One stop place to go and such a wonderful staff to greet you, guide you and positive vibes you get to your shopping experience If you meet Ms Jargelis ( sales executive at the checkout ), your shopping experience will add flying colors. She was very helpful, positive and she was managing the rush around the store calmly with smiling face. She knows what she is doing.
Solid inventory horrible logistics. Placing your online order pickup in the same line as returns means a person who was trying to reduce their time in your store has to wait for customers who seem to make it a sport to be in your store. Dedicate a person to pickups so I don't have to wait for complaining customers looking for tons of exchanges and arguments. I don't cost the company with timely returns so don't charge me for your customer service inconvenience. Fix it mgmt.
It's been a couple of years since I've been inside the store. Had to make a return which was effortless. I went into the store and I liked that it's organized even in the sale sections. There was a young girl keeping things in order. I'll definitely be going back to shop with more time.
