STAY AWAY! I cannot stress this enough. Carl allowed me to park a bus behind his business for $150/month. He decided to raise the price to $200/month without warning the day I was leaving town for an extended period of time (which he knew about). I regret to say that my experience with JCP Financial has been nothing short of a nightmare. Their incompetence and lack of professionalism have left me utterly frustrated and dissatisfied. First and foremost, their communication is abysmal. Despite numerous attempts to resolve an alleged outstanding balance, they continued to harass me with relentless demands for payment, even after providing evidence of payment that clearly settled the matter. This guy is a fraud and will tack on extra expenses. Never in all my encounters with CPA's and tax profesionals have a met a mor dishonest man.
WATCH OUT FOR THIS PLACE! Read all of there bad reviews. Doing your taxes here you will deal with • Negligence and Incompetence. • Fraud, deceit, and misrepresentation in the practice. • Failing to perform services in accordance with professional standards. There should be a level of integrity with Accountants and CPA’S but don’t expect this here. The accountant discusses her personal life with clients. She seems to be a OML. So happy I moved!
