Trustworthy and responsible agent. I’ve been working with Joyce and her team for 4 years—from my PGWP and study permit applications to my CEC application—and throughout the entire process Joyce has always been responsive and helpful. I tend to worry a lot and ask many questions, but Joyce has always shown great patience and addressed all my concerns.
