Josh is attentive, prompt, and professional. He is also very good at answering questions without talking down to the customer. I am self employed and not always the most organized person, and JCM Tax Services has done a great job. I never thought the tax prep process could be described as painless, but Josh has made that possible. 100% recommend this company to anyone looking for an accountant to help with their small business needs!
Josh the owner, takes the business seriously and has skills and knowledge you want from a tax professional. He’s good at explaining things and swiftly gets your paperwork done when promised.
