I always have a pleasant experience with the staff, regardless of why I'm there. I had an issue come up with my mortgage account and they were very quick to fix the issue. The building is very clean and welcoming & the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They offer competitive rates on CDs and accounts. I've got great, low APRs on all of my products with them.
JCB worked hard to help our daughter finance her first home. We appreciated their commitment to educating her on her first purchase and I think k she will be a loyal JCB customer going forward.
