Staff were very efficient, friendly and welcoming!
JC Bank worked with me and was respectful of my time. The staff at the 3rd street location in Bloomington was friendly, engaging and supportive. Sathish was super helpful in answering all of my questions and the manager April, as well. I subsequently finished paperwork at the south side Walnut Street location and the experience was different. The manager Wes, wouldn’t even acknowledge me, however Ellen took charge, was professional and handled everything with ease.
We visited tie new Bloomington branch 7.6.26. We had a great experience! We needed to obtain a cashiers check, to use as a down payment with Curry’s Auto Sales. The ladies were so kind and helpful. Great customer service and support. We live in Seymour, and in I am so thankful JCB has a branch in Bloomington. This saved us time, and lessened the stress for us in purchasing a SUV. Great bank! Thanks again!
