We visited tie new Bloomington branch 7.6.26. We had a great experience! We needed to obtain a cashiers check, to use as a down payment with Curry’s Auto Sales. The ladies were so kind and helpful. Great customer service and support. We live in Seymour, and in I am so thankful JCB has a branch in Bloomington. This saved us time, and lessened the stress for us in purchasing a SUV. Great bank! Thanks again!

They are always easy to talk to and ask questions, and they are genuinely willing to take the time to help.
Absolutely horrible experience, stay away from this bank. I wish I could give it 0 star and it will be very generous. - Their banking software is very old and dysfunctional - System locks you out every single time. - Login screen is actually 2 different webpage accessing two different databases - Customer care works only on weekdays. If you locked out on Friday evening, good luck. - Zelle is advertised, but doesn't work. Its fake. - Business accounts are worst, they charge you dormant fee for not using account, lock you out ... read more
