Very nice people an definitely glad the new bank coming to north vernon will have a drive thru as well
I've had my loan for 10 years with no issues until recently. A few months ago, I noticed my statement started charging me double due to a cutoff date for bill processing. This is causing unnecessary confusion and making it difficult to correct my statements. This really needs to be fixed to ensure accurate billing and avoid frustration for customers.
