I had an excellent session with Takayuki today. He was highly professional and very respectful when I asked questions about the hook technique and acupuncture. My muscles were extremely sore and tight, and his acupuncture treatment provided great relief. I’ll definitely be returning to see him again soon.

I'm impressed with my family's experience with therapeutic Yoga (Iiengara) with Nazomy, an experienced Yoga practitioner and dedicated trainer. She helped my wife relieve hip joint pain. Before Nazomy, we had been trying to heal my wife for more than six months by seeing a rheumatologist, physiotherapist, and a sports medicine doctor; however, all attempts were unsuccessful. Only with her assistance did my wife feel much better. We appreciate J.Care for that trainer.

If you're ever in physical pain, this is a go-to place. I have had both Eiko and Taka as therapists. They are both amazing and talented. I came out of each session a brand new woman. I have a whole host of issues - poor blood circulation, painful arthritis in my lower back, and achy muscle soreness. After one 90 minute session, I felt so relaxed and refreshed even though the experience itself was pretty intense!
