I have been ordering cakes here for the past 5 years and this year will be my last. Incredibly disappointed with the lack of customer service this year.
Recently, my fiancé and I went to JCakes for a wedding cake tasting, and unfortunately the experience did not meet our expectations. When we arrived, we waited for several minutes without being acknowledged, even though staff were present assisting another couple. No one came out to let us know we would be helped shortly. Thank you for the best German Chocolate cake I’ve had in a long time
My husband and I got married in October 2025 and J Cakes created the most amazing cake for us. Hope was so easy to work with and helped us create our dream cake. We went with a small two tiered cake — a cannoli tier and a chocolate peanut butter mocha tier (omg!) - with additional sheet cake of their most popular vanilla berry medley and it was the perfect size for our 125 guests. We got so many compliments and can’t wait to order more cakes from J Cakes in the future.
Jcakes made our delicious wedding cake! It came out perfect. We went with the cannoli flavor with ivory buttercream frosting. It was moist and delicious. The piping detail was extraordinary. They were great to work with. Easy communication and delivery! Highly recommend!
