Went to JC Wakes based on a recommendation after visiting another bike store. Gary was super knowledgeable and encouraged me to try multiple bikes. He didn’t pressure me to purchase or to make a decision quickly. I ended up getting the Aima Santa Monica in black and I LOVE IT! Thank you for the great deal and wonderful bike!

Went there for a brake bleed on my bike. I was making some small talk with the mechanic when the owner comes in and says I can't be in the shop watching the mechanic working. Understandable. So as I'm trying to turn around to walk out of his cramped tiny little shop I guess I was moving fast enough so he actually put his hands on me to get me moving faster. Needless to say I would never do business there again.
