I had a great experiencing with JC Wakes and Gary. I recently purchased an e-bike, my first one. When I visited, Gary walked me through the various choices and let me try riding several models. He was very patient and unhurried. When I decided to purchase the next day, it was as easy as texting Gary to make the arrangements. Delivery was as promised and the bike is excellent! I'd highly recommend JC Wakes.
Gary and team were very helpful and generous with their time and let me test ride the bikes and answered all of my questions. After I ordered the bike they threw in extras no charge and even home delivered the bike since I was unable to come in to get it. Highly recommend them

Gary was great. He had exactly what we were looking for and the Velotric bikes were on sale to boot! We also added a couple of accessories that he had readily available and installed for us.
