I was recommended by a family member and called on 3/8 to schedule an appointment. Gentlemen got right to it and was able to pencil me in on the 24th at 10am. The day of at 9:19am some lady called me and said he isn’t in, but if it’s basic I can do it for you or you can wait until he gets back on the 4th of april. I was originally reluctant because 1. I have had great experiences in the past with JC tax service for the past two years . But this year 2025 James sister did my taxes and gave me the impression I was getting $1,300 for federal but it was only $13 smh. She rushed my taxes and didn’t get me the best refund possible. Then when I called to confront her she smart and said she told me $13 but I never pay $250 to get my taxes done just to get $13 back. She was very unprofessional and bad for business - Tracey Carter
Great Job on my Business Tax filing and my Employment filing. Very reasonable. I wasn't charged out the kazoo like H&R Blockheads and the other guys. Thank You for being honest and in/of Service. See u soon this year. Went back this year 2025 for just my personal taxes and had a totally different experience. The one major difference was JC sister was doing taxes not him at that moment. She charged me the price of Business and Personal Tax when I was doing only one and she lied multiple times regarding the submission of my ta... read more
