Excellent service! The technician was prompt, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He serviced our generator quickly and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. It’s such a relief knowing our generator is ready whenever we need it. Highly recommend this local company!

After I tried everything from changing the spark plug, doing an oil change, switching to non-ethanol fuel, my Generac would still not turn over. Well, I got lazy in the 2nd year and didn't start up my generator every month for 30 mins...and clogged the carburetor. JC double chked everything first [I am not a mechanic by trade] and then cleaned out the carburetor, and my generator is running smooth once again. And he taught me a bunch of stuff about maintenance. Great service and really decent guy.
