The bad reviews I've seen I just can't believe. They didn't pay me to write a review either, my headlight was out, they immediately gave me a mechanic shop to go to, they fixed my headlight in 5 minutes or less for free and the shop even included a basic diagnosis of the car to make sure nothing else was wrong while I was there and were unbelievably supportive and considerate the entire time, I originally got a 2012 Kia Forte Ex with high mileage but the vehicle performed perfectly and I didn't have any issues at all.
