Thanks to David for his great customer service at awesome communication throughout the whole rental process. He made everything smooth and easy from start to finish. He was professional, patient , and really took the time to make sure I understood everything. The vehicle was clean and ready to go and I had no issues at all. I definitely will rent again and recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable and affordable rental vehicles.
Employees, there are extremely friendly and nice and is willing to work with you. I’ve had a few problems there and they were willing to help me work them out with no problems. There was no hidden fees, no extra fees a lot of places charge an extra fee for being under 25 years old which they did not. The bad reviews I've seen I just can't believe. They didn't pay me to write a review either, my headlight was out, they immediately gave me a mechanic shop to go to, they fixed my headlight in 5 minutes or less for free and the shop even included a basic diagnosis of the car to make sure nothing else was wrong while I was there and were unbelievably supportive and considerate the entire time, I originally got a 2012 Kia Forte Ex with high mileage but the vehicle performed perfectly and I didn't have any issues at all. Every car I had from them had a check engine light on it. Couple of their cars had over 200 thousand miles on it including the recent one I had from them. Yes they worked with me but could have been a better experience too. The woman at the desk her name is Eva I wanted to thank you so much for everything you helped and my boyfriend with you definitely deserve a raise with everything you do.
I am a dedicated and ongoing customer! I have rented a few of JC vehicles and they’ve certainly provided me with the best service. Any issues with the vehicle they are prompt and responsive immediately. I greatly appreciate and highly recommend!
