I used them twice due to the amount of things I needed to move. The issues I had was they weren't good at listening to my requests. I asked to keep the labeled totes for what they are and where they go together. I also requested specific totes to be brought into specific rooms (totes labeled clothes or bedroom go to the bedroom) but that was not followed. Darrell saved me, big time! Moving to Northern Wisconsin and couldn't find anyone to help me unload my 26' UHaul. There were a couple of pieces that I knew I couldn't do on my own. Found Darrell online, gave him a call and he got right back to me and was fully onboard to make the 45-minute drive with his assistant, Bill, to unload the truck. Darrell was always upbeat despite unloading in the rain and happy to put things where I requested. Definitely recommend him if you need any help.
Very efficient and got the job done quickly, highly recommend them for anything you need help moving!
Called this morning to have some mattresses removed. They came this afternoon to pick them up. The gentleman mentioned introduced themselves upon arrival. Very professional. Thanks JC Movers
Darrell and his assistant arrived promptly and carried my 300 lb sofa up the stairs and unpacked for me. They were courteous and hard working. I’d call them again.
