Had an extremely heavy safe to move into an old house with narrow doors. JC on the Move got the job done. Needed the big heavy items moved from one house to another. Friendly crew. Recommend them for any moves you have.
The team from JC On the Move was fantastic! They showed up right on time, each greeted us with a handshake (a great old-fashioned touch), and then went to work like pros. They moved an 800-pound safe into our basement in the rain without a single issue, and then handled a huge wooden armoire without leaving so much as a scratch. I used them twice due to the amount of things I needed to move. The issues I had was they weren't good at listening to my requests. I asked to keep the labeled totes for what they are and where they go together. I also requested specific totes to be brought into specific rooms (totes labeled clothes or bedroom go to the bedroom) but that was not followed. Darrell saved me, big time! Moving to Northern Wisconsin and couldn't find anyone to help me unload my 26' UHaul. There were a couple of pieces that I knew I couldn't do on my own. Found Darrell online, gave him a call and he got right back to me and was fully onboard to make the 45-minute drive with his assistant, Bill, to unload the truck. Darrell was always upbeat despite unloading in the rain and happy to put things where I requested. Definitely recommend him if you need any help.
Very efficient and got the job done quickly, highly recommend them for anything you need help moving!
