I have managed multifamily properties in & around Atlanta for years, and this is the worst company I have ever dealt with, across all industries. They lack professionalism, do not have a structured business, and are consistently great at one thing. Overpromising. I am glad I found JC Legal Services! Everyone was courteous and prompt! I truly appreciate their expertise and knowledge. The service was 10/10! I highly recommend!
A complete scam! Thieves! Liars! Unprofessional! They will say they have filed evictions when they have not! Court dates will be set and they will not show up. They will say someone has a writ and they do not! They will even go as far as saying residents are under bankruptcy and it’ll be a complete lie! The minute you speak on your findings they’ll deem you as rude and hard to work with. If you are in property management and don’t want to waste your companies money don’t use this company they are pointless!
