They are wonderful! I always use them when I need transportation. Highly recommended.
Called them at 8am needing a cab and they told me they were too busy… at 8am
Never answered phone
They really came to our rescue this morning! My son had scheduled a Lyft ride to take him to the train station in Lawrence early this morning. The driver didn’t show up, so I called JC & L Transportation in a panic. They were able to get to my son in less than 10 minutes, and got him to the station on time.
