Javier Chavez is a liar and a thief. He will tell you that he is going to get the proper building permits but he actually don't do it and he acts so nice that you will believe him. Whenever you ask for receipts and permits he will get upset and block you off his contact list and won't respond. I'm in the process of suing him, this week I'm going to the police department to do a police report and next step will be the court. Don't do business with this guy.
Javier its a liar , he gives a price and then retract the price the next day , i don't recommend it , the work he does its unprofessional.
