Very very good . Once I joint Jc Fitness gymI was drinking sleepy time tea every night to go to sleep .No more sleepy time tea for me . I have so much energy working out at Jc Fitness.i have loss weight at Jc Fitness. Very clean and nice atmosphere
Where do I start with this review? I have been training with trainers for most of my life. JC is By far the best trainer yet!!! I love her attention to detail, and the way her training session is specialized just for you. She has a loving and caring spirit. Training with JC provides you with lifelong education about fitness. You can’t help but love to work out when you work out with JC
