01/16/2025 ORLANDO, MCO: addCAR (+JC &OC) is Absolutely the worst car rental "company" experience I have had in over 25 years of traveling. I prepaid through Economybookings.com 5 months in advance for a full size sedan and wrote a note that I would be picking up the car at 10PM as my plane arrived in Orlando, MCO 1/15 around 9:30. The JC Car Rental agency next to the International Orlando Airport (MCO) is the worst car rental agency I've ever delt with. I called a month prior to my reservation to change the pickup time for my car so that I could pick it up within an hour of the scheduled pickup time. They said I was all set. I asked for a confirmation email and they said they couldn't do that because that's not how their systems works. Made a reservation for Orlando Airport and they told me they don’t service that airport after my plane arrived and I sat around waiting for the shuttle for an hour. This place isn’t a legitimate business.

Terrible customer service. We reserved something for a lot of luggage and four people. They didn’t have anything like that. What a waste of time.
