Not impressed! After clearly asking about costs and fees before I agreed to use them for income tax, I was hit with several extra charges for each form and schedule on top of the quoted rate. (e.g. $100 to total 3 items on a Medical Schedule) This was not mentioned at my initial consultation. I wouldn't trust a business that is that deceptive and willing to gouge, rather than win the trust and respect of a new client.

Very helpful and knowledgeable all the staff are polite and friendly. These guys know there stuff and very reasonably priced and they go out of there way to help you out as much as possible. I definitely recommend using these guys for all ur tax purposes. They helped me out greatly
