Highly recommend JBR Pinot because it’s taste is the right mix for my palette - smooth and sweet and dry - perfect combination. The story behind the vine dresser and the decade process of the right grape for Southwest Virginia will likely cultivate your loyalty because you discover you’re also investing in some of the Blue Ridge’s natives who are growing their community on the map. We had a wonderful experience at JBR! The setting is serene and beautiful outside. The tasting was all set up and ready for our party of five. The wine was delicious, both red and white. We bought the German-style Riesling. Debby was friendly, informative. We will definitely be back for the events!

Small Family working winery, nestled in the Blueridge mountains in Giles County. The drive along a country road doesn’t disappoint. Friendly knowledgeable staff. They offer two types of wine, Pinot Noir and Riesling, grown right on the property. Get to see the wine making process right by the tasting tables. They do have a 10% off case discount and a wine club signup for discounts on future bottles. Wine was very good. My favorite is the Angels Rest Riesling, fruity and not overly sweet.
