I recently experienced a phone outage and was highly impressed with the dedication I saw from JBN's service tech Jeremy. The problem wasn't at my residence, so he located the spot where the cable was damaged near a rural bridge, then manually dug to find both ends of the cable for an extended length of time before determining earth-moving equipment would be needed for the fix. Internet is junk, speeds slower than dial up. I regret ever getting jbn. Terrible internet service that is a monopoly. Don't recommend them to anyone, find a better internet service don't go with jbn
If I could put a 0 I would you guys are trash can't even call half the time. Most times it doesn't ring at all
