Internet is junk, speeds slower than dial up. I regret ever getting jbn. Terrible internet service that is a monopoly. Don't recommend them to anyone, find a better internet service don't go with jbn

We needed to upgrade from our older internet to the newer version and Jevon made the switch easy and comfortable! We were set in our old ways and switching to new things can be a little nerve racking but she assured us all would be fine and IT WAS! Had problems with our internet on a weekend and Dave Schraer showed up timely and was very professional. He had our service up and running in a matter of minutes and showed us how to get everything back up and running on our televisions. He took the time to show us our Meg Speed was working fine.
