Was never straight forward always giving a run around for months on end saying application is in process when it never ever was. It was denied and sent back because all documentation was not submitted and we weren’t even aware! Wouldn’t provide access to our portal, we even Showed him screenshots of the password he was giving us that it was not right or working and nothing was ever resolved.
