I took this as a kid and still remember the lessons and confidence it gave me
This is a great Kenpo karate school which incorporates elements of Tai Chi and Aiki-jitsu. It's east coast lineage makes It's terminology different than west coast based Ed Parker Kenpo schools I've attended but the principles are the same. There is an interesting element of martial Yang Tai Chi incorporated in this style which i like.
