This is been one of the worst experiences in customer service I’ve ever had to deal with. I paid them their $100 fee they filed my taxes. I thought that was that. And then I had a random email from them saying that I didnt sign some thing (in the confusion of filing for the first time and then it took another two weeks for them to actually file).
